Wij verwerken uitsluitend zakelijke contactgegevens: naam, functie, bedrijf, zakelijk e-mailadres en telefoonnummer, en gegevens die u zelf aan ons doorgeeft, per e-mail of via de formulieren op deze website. Via Aanmelden als koper: bedrijfsnaam, KvK-nummer (optioneel), naam, functie, e-mailadres, telefoon (optioneel), gewenste objecttypen, regio, ticketgrootte, financiering, uw toelichting en uw twee akkoorden (privacy, vergoedingsafspraak). Via Object aanbieden: uw rol, bedrijf, naam, e-mailadres, telefoon (optioneel) en de gegevens van het object (type, plaats, adres als u dat opgeeft, indicatieve prijs, oppervlakte, verhuurd of leeg, uiterste verkoopdatum, toelichting). Er worden geen bestanden verzameld. Wij gebruiken geen cookies of trackers op deze website. Uw IP-adres is technisch zichtbaar voor de partij die het formulier ontvangt (zie Delen met derden), maar wordt door ons niet opgeslagen of gebruikt.

Register as a buyer: company name, KvK number (optional), name, role, email, phone (optional), property types wanted, region, ticket size, financing, your notes and your two consents (privacy, fee arrangement). Submit a property: your role, company, name, email, phone (optional) and the property details (type, city, address if you give it, indicative price, floor area, let or vacant, sale deadline, notes). No files are collected. This website uses no cookies or trackers. Your IP address is technically visible to the party that receives the form (see Sharing) but is not stored or used by us.

Purpose and legal basis
Doel: uw aanmelding of aanbod beoordelen, contact met u opnemen, u te koppelen aan off-market vastgoed, en onze zakelijke correspondentie en afspraken vast te leggen. Een koper wordt eerst door ons beoordeeld; er wordt niets automatisch naar u verstuurd. Grondslag: uw toestemming (het aanvinken van het akkoord in het formulier, die u kunt intrekken), gerechtvaardigd belang (zakelijke B2B-contacten) en, bij een lopende opdracht, de uitvoering van een overeenkomst.
Purpose: to assess your registration or offer, contact you, match you with off-market property, and keep records of business correspondence and agreements. A buyer is first reviewed by us; nothing is sent to you automatically. Basis: your consent (ticking the consent box in the form, which you can withdraw), legitimate interest (B2B contacts) and, for an ongoing engagement, performance of an agreement.

Wij bewaren gegevens zolang er een zakelijke relatie of redelijk zakelijk belang is, en verwijderen ze uiterlijk 24 maanden na het laatste contact, tenzij een wettelijke plicht langer bewaren vereist: dossiers van transacties 5 jaar na de transactie (Wwft) en administratie zoals facturen 7 jaar (fiscale bewaarplicht).
We keep data while a business relationship or reasonable business interest exists, and delete it at the latest 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires longer: transaction files 5 years after the transaction (Wwft) and accounting records such as invoices 7 years (tax rules).

Sharing
Wij verkopen geen gegevens. Wij delen uw gegevens alleen met de wederpartij van een transactie na uw instemming, en gebruiken dienstverleners onder een verwerkersovereenkomst: Google Workspace voor e-mail en HubSpot (HubSpot Ireland Limited) als verwerker voor ons klantenbestand en voor het ontvangen van de formulieren op deze website. De formulieren sturen uw gegevens rechtstreeks vanuit uw browser naar HubSpot, zonder cookies en zonder tracking-script; de gegevens worden opgeslagen in de EU-regio van HubSpot. Wij gebruiken een intern meldingskanaal (Slack) om onszelf te laten weten dat er een aanmelding is binnengekomen.
We do not sell data. We share your details with the counterparty of a transaction only with your agreement, and use service providers under a processing agreement: Google Workspace for email and HubSpot (HubSpot Ireland Limited) as processor for our contact records and for receiving the forms on this website. The forms send your data directly from your browser to HubSpot, without cookies and without a tracking script; the data is stored in HubSpot's EU region. We use an internal notification channel (Slack) to tell ourselves that a submission has arrived.

U kunt op elk moment inzage, correctie, overdracht of verwijdering vragen, uw toestemming intrekken, bezwaar maken of u afmelden voor berichten door te mailen naar mtc@mtcrealestateinfo.com. Wij reageren binnen een maand. U kunt ook een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
